Ingredients

cups
sorghum flour
1/2
tsp
salt
1/3
cup
honey
3
tbsp
lactose-free whole milk
or tolerated milk substitute
1/4
tsp
baking soda
3
tsp
vanilla infused oil or
1/2 tsp vanilla powder and 2 tsp coconut oil
Up to ¼ cup warm water
added slowly to form a soft dough
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together sorghum flour, salt, baking soda, and vanilla powder.
In another bowl, mix honey and milk until combined.
Add wet mix to the dry ingredients. Slowly stir in warm water until dough holds together — soft but not sticky.
Roll into small balls, flatten slightly or press into cookie cutter shapes.
Bake 12–15 minutes or until bottoms are lightly golden.
Let cool fully — they’ll firm up more as they cool.
